 |  | Moscow assay 1895 silver cigarette case with niello (black enamel) decoration all around with checkered pattern at verso and fantasy Moscow Kremlin view at front. Maker is Nikolai Pokrovsky, manufacturer since 1868, whos works presented in GIM (State Historical Museum in Moscow). Set of hallmarks indicates maker´s initials, Moscow, 1895. Peculiar and distinct Russian hand crafted work of decorative art.
